Energy to transform communities

The Nexans Foundation supports projects that help expand access to energy and improve living conditions for vulnerable communities. Since its creation, it has promoted sustainable electrification initiatives designed to generate lasting social impact, recognizing energy as an enabler of development, safety, inclusion and new opportunities.

An initiative with regional impact

In Chile, Perú and Colombia, the Nexans Foundation works alongside Group companies and social organizations to bring electrification solutions to communities facing gaps in access to essential services.

En Chile, la Fundación Nexans y Madeco by Nexans trabajan junto con TECHO Chile para llevar soluciones de iluminación solar a comunidades que enfrentan condiciones de vulnerabilidad y brechas de acceso a energía segura.

Estas iniciativas permiten iluminar calles, senderos y espacios comunitarios, contribuyendo a mejorar la seguridad, la movilidad y el aprovechamiento de los espacios públicos durante la noche.

Los proyectos también integran el voluntariado de colaboradores de Madeco by Nexans, conectando el conocimiento, los recursos y la participación de las personas con las necesidades de las comunidades.
