Programs for the MADECO By Nexans community

The families of our employees are also our family. For this reason, every year we celebrate "Family Day", a space where we come together and share different experiences such as oil painting workshops, trupan crafts, puppets and face painting for the little ones. In addition, we take a tour of the plant, which is carried out with the highest safety standards, and without stopping production.

Our company globally has the We in Nexans (WIN) program, an initiative whose purpose is to seek to integrate all people in our company. 

In Madeco by Nexans, we carry out our local version in which we have a monthly external mentor to be our "Inspirational Woman", through a conversation with our teams share their professional challenges and personal experiences they have faced to achieve their goals. This program started in 2019, is in its fourth edition and has counted with outstanding women from the national scene as exhibitors.
